VOTE NOW for IBW Book Award Shortlist

IBW booksellers are asked today to vote for the shortlist for the IBW Book Award. A longlist has been emailed out to all IBW booksellers and they will vote the list down to 10 adult and 10 children’s titles, which will form the centrepiece of IBW – the POS Kit will include posters and leaflets encouraging customers to vote on the two winners for the coveted Award. have this week gone out to booksellers offering authors from Hodder, including Karen Campbell, Gervase Phinn, Mike Pannett – also costumes and resources from Walker Books and Michael O’Mara Doodle Packs are available too.

We are also delighted that our sister (parent?!) campaign, www.indiebound.org.uk, has been shortlisted for a Trade Marketing Award (awards ceremony on 16th May). IBW is the central event of IndieBound at this time of year, so we’ll be doing all we can do to maximise the reach of independents using both campaigns.

We’re also working on the shortlist for the IBW Book Award (out for voting by all IBW Booksellers soon) and we just heard this week that we have again secure lots of lovely Galaxy Chocolate for IBW. Watch this space – but not for long….
