See the new Guide to IBW Book Prize Shortlist titles

We are really delighted with our new item in the POS Kit for this year – a four-page A4, full colour leaflet featuring jacket illustrations and reviews of all 22 shortlisted titles, reviewed by Nick Clee and Nicolette Jones. You can see it by clicking below. All bookshops signed up for IBW will receive 500 copies of the leaflet in the POS kit, and you can download it from here to print more if you run out. Hopefully you can use it to give to your reading groups, and generally to engage customers in reading the titles, and in voting for the winner! Let us know what you think.

‘Overheard in a Bookshop’

This is your chance to share some of the strangest questions you’ve been asked or the funniest comments you’ve overheard – plus a chance to win a case of wine! Every bookseller has stories to tell about some of the funny questions they’ve been asked or amusing things they’ve overheard, and we’re looking for yours. We’ll award a case of wine to the bookseller whose entry makes the IBW team laugh the loudest. We’ll also share the best anecdotes on the website, in IBW press and marketing materials, so you’ll also have the chance to enjoy some of the funniest tales of life in a bookshop.
